Where Our Mission Began
Salon Hub Group didn’t begin as a commercial concept - it began as a human realisation.
During my time working across hospital environments, I witnessed a silent inequality: people in wheelchairs, patients undergoing treatment, older Australians, and individuals with mobility or sensory needs were unable to access something as simple and deeply human as having their hair washed, their skin cared for, or their dignity restored through touch and personal care.
Traditional salons were never built for them.
Hospital systems were never designed to include these services.
People were forced to choose between medical care and self-care - a choice no one should ever have to make.
Salon Hub Group exists to remove that barrier permanently.
This is not a beauty initiative.
It is an accessibility movement, redefining how wellness is delivered in healthcare settings across Australia.
A Universal Language of Inclusion
Mathematics is universal - understood across every culture, belief, and language. The ⊕ (direct sum) symbol represents the unification of distinct elements into a complete system, where each retains its identity yet contributes equally to the whole.

Salon Hub Group Pty Limited was founded with one clear purpose: to make wellness and personal care truly accessible for everyone. Too often, people living with disabilities, older Australians, and even hospital staff and families have been excluded from the simple dignity of a haircut, a treatment, or a space that makes them feel like themselves again. We are here to change that.
We are the first in Australia to bring a model that removes these barriers. By embedding full-service salons inside hospital environments, we extend dignity, comfort, and inclusion to patients, outpatients, families, hospital staff, members of the disability community, My Aged Care pension recipients, and the wider public.
Our spaces are designed from the ground up for accessibility. From patient transfer hoists and bariatric-safe treatment beds to smart mirrors that support communication and reduce anxiety, every detail has been thought through. Whether it’s a haircut, a spa treatment, or advanced skin services, every client receives the same level of care and professionalism in an environment built to include them.
At Salon Hub Group, inclusivity is not a tagline, it’s the foundation of everything we do. We work closely with the NDIS, My Aged Care, and Australia’s leading health institutions to set new standards for accessible wellness.
This began with a simple truth I witnessed myself: something as ordinary as a haircut can restore dignity, confidence, and a sense of self. That truth has grown into a movement that is reshaping wellness in hospitals across Australia, ensuring no one is left out of the experience.
